Charles Alexander is a Director, focused primarily on Opportunistic/Alternative investments.

Experience

Prior to joining SIH, Charles was a Principal in the acquisitions group at Walton Street Capital in Chicago where he worked for 9 years, leading or participating in the acquisition and financing of over $1.5 billion of transaction volume in primary markets around the United States. In his role at Walton Street, Charles led market coverage of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for the firm’s Value-Add and Core Plus investment vehicles targeting opportunities across a range of property types and strategies.

Education

Charles received a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
